PURPOSE: A current comparator is provided to reduce input and output resistances by using a resistive feedback network in a first inversion amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A current comparator comprises three inversion amplifiers(202,204,206) and a CMOS inverter(208). The CMOS inverter(208) is an output stage for outputting comparison results as digital logic signal formats. A resistive feedback network is used in the first inversion amplifier(202). The first inversion amplifier(202) has a structure of a current mirror circuit and comprises first and second input/output stages, a reference current source, a load circuit, a drive unit and a resistor. The reference current source supplies a reference current to the first input stage. The load circuit supplies the same first current as the reference current to the output stage.
