METHOD OF RECOGNIZING COMMON OBJECT IN CLIENT SERVER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method of recognizing common object in client server system is provided to manage object ID of various type as unified type through one base class by giving peculiar ID to all the types of objects and providing basic mechanism which client and server use for object recognition. CONSTITUTION: A method of recognizing common object in client server system includes several steps. A first step is to give a peculiar ID to a generated object after a server generates the object. A second step is that a client generates a copy object by transferring generation contents of the objects to which was given the peculiar ID to the client. A third step is that the client transmits operation name and corresponding object ID to the server in order to request operation for the generated object in the first step. A fourth step is to find object corresponding to the transmitted operation name and object ID and to execute the operation. A fifth step is to transmit the result of the operation to the client.
