PURPOSE: A treatment method of wastewater using microorganism in yellow soil is provided, which is characterized in that an aeration tube and media for contacting microorganism is installed in an aeration tank. CONSTITUTION: A method is composed of several anaerobic tanks(110), an aeration tank(120) which has aerating tubes(151) and media(153) for contacting microorganism, a settling tank(130), a filtration tank(140), and pipes(157) for returning sludge. A net is installed on ventilating holes, and gravel, sand, and soil layers are accumulated on the net. Microorganisms and earthworm lives in the soil layer in the media(153) so that organic matters are disintegrated, and aerobic microorganisms are gathered in the tank. Soil layer has good air-permeability and can keep warm the tank.
