PURPOSE: A blower having a scroll housing with a circular arc is provided to increase discharging flux with sufficient recover of suction flow pressure and to reduce noise and flow loss caused by backward flowing around a cutoff position. CONSTITUTION: A blower(50) sucks air through a suction hole(51a) with the rotation of an impeller(52). The sucked air is discharged to the outside from a vent hole(51b) with the guide of a scroll housing(51). The scroll housing regularly forms a circular arc angle section from a cutoff position(C) so that the scroll housing is enlarged, having the more expanding angle of a channel. Thus, the flow pressure from the suction hole is sufficiently recovered and discharging flux is increased. Also, the noises and flow loss caused by backward flowing are reduced around the cutoff position without sudden enlargement of the channel.
