PURPOSE: A color cathode ray tube capable of preventing a graphite from being deposited and leaked by forming a conductive tape instead of a graphite in a neck section is provided. CONSTITUTION: A color cathode ray tube includes a bulb. The bulb includes a panel(3), a funnel(5), and a neck section(7). A conductive tape(135) is attached at an inner surface of the neck section(7) and serves as a capacitor. The conductive tape(135) includes a first layer formed by a nickel containing conductive material and an acrylic adhesive, a second layer formed by an aluminum deposition layer, and a third layer formed by a PEP. The conductive material(135) contacts with a graphite material for a cone section and is connected to an anode(17).
