COMPLEX E-COMMERCE SYSTEM OF ON-LINE AND OFF-LINE COMMERCIAL DEALINGS

PURPOSE: A complex E-commerce system is provided to supply E-commerce services for directly supplying products ordered by a customer through the internet or a public communication network, to the customer through a central material center, and to supply complex services so that the customer can confirm states of product order/product approval/product reception/product delivery, after confirming actual objects of the products in local E-commerce centers connected to communication networks in each area. CONSTITUTION: A complex E-commerce system of on-line/off-line commercial dealings comprises an E-commerce web site(100), a local E-commerce center, and a customer order manager. If a customer orders products through the internet or a public communication network, the E-commerce web site manages customer order data such as ordered products, delivery time, a delivery place. The local E-commerce center is connected to the E-commerce web site on a communication network, and saves/transmits the ordered products. The local E-commerce center has a public switched telephone network(PSTN) and an internet communication environment. The customer can visit the local E-commerce center and orders the products on the E-commerce web site in the PSTN and the internet communication environment. The customer order manager directs the ordered products of the local E-commerce center to be transported to a product provider, located in a nearest location from a place where the customer wants to receive the products.
