PURPOSE: An easily bound newspaper book is provided to read the newspaper well and to insert additional one by binding the newspaper book with the folded part. CONSTITUTION: A body(3) is an empty rectangular rod. A hanger(4) is mounted in the body and a leaf spring(6) is used to move the hanger up and down. The leaf spring rises by pushing a hook(5) into the folded part of newspaper(2) and then falls again. The hook is taken out of the folded part by raising the end of the leaf spring.
