PURPOSE: An approval method using credit card's affiliate offices is provided to animate economic transactions by allowing a buyer to make monthly payments and to enable safe transaction between a seller and the buyer even when they cannot confirm each other's credit status. CONSTITUTION: An approval method using credit card's affiliate offices is composed of connection, registration, transaction, verification, and notification. A seller or a buyer connects to a credit card host system and goes through the affiliate office registration process by inputing one's name, citizen registration number, address, and telephone number(S100). After the user completes inputing the information, the host system examines the information and if the user's information qualifies the user to become an affiliated member of the office, the system notifies the user of the acceptance through e-mail or other available methods and creates an account in the host system for the user(S110). The buyer or the seller, who has been approved of membership, completes monetary transaction by alerting the other approval, connecting to the network through host system, and transmitting user's credit card number, validation date, password, name, and citizen registration number to the host system(120). The host system verifies that the transaction was free from error, alerts the seller and buyer of the transaction completion.(S130).
