PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically generating alkaline rice straws is provided to automatically and speedily perform cutting, spraying alkaline solution and packing of the processed straws in a vinyl bag. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically generating alkaline rice straws includes a main body frame(100) mounted with a pair of running wheels(101) in a central lower part, and provided with a rotatable supporting die(104), a selectively rotatable auxiliary wheel(105) below the supporting die, a foldable saddle(106) on the supporting die, and a handle(111) attached with a control panel, a rotation type hopper(200) at an upper part of the main frame and having front and side plates connected each other via a rink(206) to be opened and closed in back and forth direction, a straw cutting element for rotating at a high speed by a power supply from a main engine to cut straws, a suction fan for discharging cut straws into a vinyl bag via an upper duct(402), an alkaline processing element for injecting alkaline solution to the cut straw with a spraying nozzle by a spraying pump before being entered into the vinyl bag, a sensor whether the vinyl bag is filled with the straws for stopping cutting of the straws by a limit switch, and a running element for moving a vehicle back and forth.
