PURPOSE: A shuttle vehicle for one person is provided to use as a movement device for old and disabled people at home or a specific space by operating through simply manipulating a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: While a user is processing a corner or U-turns by using a steering wheel, a steering angle sensor transfers a signal corresponding to the rotation angle to a micro controller(100). The micro controller recognizes a stable speed of a critical value corresponding to the rotation angle, standardizing the rotation angle received from the steering angle sensor. Then the micro controller senses an over-speed state by standardizing an acceleration volume resistance value as the operation of an accelerator lever. When the over-speed is more than the stable speed of the critical value, the processing speed is decreased regardless of the operation state of the present accelerator lever.
