PURPOSE: An assist apparatus giving stable seating position is provided, which supports the thigh effectively for stability of spine, prevents lumbago and improves work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A seat support comprises a couple of movable ruler joined with a support board of the thigh, a round axis fixed into a horizontal axis, where the support board of the thigh is vertically inserted into to make the board rotate, a lower part of the round axis connected with bolts preventing the board of separating, a wedge pin passing through front and rear horizontal part of the movable ruler, which is installed leaving the lowest space from a bottom part of the horizontal axis, a couple of vertical axis on both ends of the horizontal axis and a bottom part of the axis joined with footholds, and a foothold forming arc inward including moving radius of foot.
