PURPOSE: An internet advertisement method is provided to let a consumer cheaply buy goods by distributing the advertisement cost to the consumer when the consumer clicks an advertisement banner and sends a purchase request of the goods. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement method comprises the steps of an advertisement owner requesting an advertisement to an internet advertisement company, remitting an advertisement cost to a preset online account according to a advertisement period and size, the internet advertisement company certifying the remittance of the advertisement cost and constructing an advertisement database, uploading the advertisement banner, a consumer ordering the goods by clicking the advertisement banner, logging in the web site or subscribing a member of the web site, storing the member information at a member database, distributing an electronic account to the member, certifying the payment of the consumer for the ordered goods, sending the delivery order to the advertisement owner, and distributing the advertisement cost, paid by the advertisement owner, to the goods buyer.
