PURPOSE: A telephone card for a computer enabling to adhere a telephone and a headset, and having a function of a sound card is provided to store the voice information in the computer and output the stored voice information through a local line by mutual communication between a telephone and the computer with connecting a general telephone with the computer, telephone with the computer as the general telephone by adhering the headset to the telephone card and having a program for controlling. CONSTITUTION: A matrix type switching circuit(09) connects an apparatus for inputting and outputting between devices according to the flow of information. A sound chip(02) is connected with the matrix type switching circuit through a micro controller. A sound codec(03), a microphone connecting part(04), and a speaker connecting part(05) are connected with the matrix type switching circuit. A local line connecting part(06) is connected with the matrix type switching circuit through DAA(Data Access Arrangement) and speech network. A telephone connecting part(11) is connected with the matrix type switching circuit through DAA and speech network. A relay(07) and a PCI interface(01) matches the local line connecting part and the telephone connecting part.
