PURPOSE: A recall service system of an E-commerce using the internet is provided to manage a customer's recall by linking customers with providers, and by linking legislation advisory organizations with customer protection organizations, in a recall service system using the internet or personal computers(PC). CONSTITUTION: A recall service system comprises an internet recall service server(100), an E-commerce enterprise host(200), a customer client personal computer(PC)(300), a legislation advisory organization host(400), and a customer protection organization host(500). The internet recall service server supplies a web site for providing internet recall services. The internet recall service server supplies advisory services related to recalls. The E-commerce enterprise host is registered by investigations after applying for a registration to the internet recall service server. The E-commerce enterprise host advertises products on the web site as a member, and supplies E-commerce information for recall services. The customer client PC is registered in the internet recall service server as a member, and receives the recall services. The legislation advisory organization host concludes a service cooperation agreement with the internet recall service server. The legislation advisory organization host requests legal advice for the recalls, and puts an advertisement on the web site. The customer protection host substantially supports the recalls, by cooperating with the internet recall service server and by a request of the internet recall service server.
