PURPOSE: A fixing method of a PCB in a PCB plate rack capable of fixing a fixture for fixing a PCB in a link method and substituting a press of the fixture and an apparatus thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: In a fixing apparatus of a PCB in a PCB plate rack, a support member(6) is formed at a center portion of a fixture body(1). locking holes(5) are formed at both sides of support member(6). A fixing hole(7) is formed at one side of fixture body(1) and fixes fixture body(1) to a moving member. A support(8) is formed at other side of fixture body and supports a board. Projections(10)(11) are formed at one side and a lower end of a handle(2). Locking holes(9) are formed at projections(10)(11). A fixing bar(12) is locked to one side of a press(3) and presses and fixes the board. Upper and lower locking holes(13) are formed at other side of press(3). A projection(11) of handle(2) is rotatabley connected to upper locking hole(13). A locking hole of support member(6) is connected to lower locking hole(13).
