PURPOSE: A positioning system using telecommunication network is provided to monitor the moving path of a signal generator or check a present position, thereby preventing the missing of older or children. CONSTITUTION: A positioning system using telecommunication network comprises a signal generator(11), a base station(12), a control station(13), a switching station(14) and a position register(15). The generator(11) periodically generates wave corresponding to CDMA mode and transmits inherent code and state code information. The base station(12) receives the wave from the generator, identifies registration using the inherent code, and transmits position, inherent code and state code. The control station(13) controls the base station. The position register(15) is a memory in which personal information, positioning records and emergency reservation telephone numbers. |
