PURPOSE: An apparatus for managing an instruction in an optical transmission management system and a method for controlling the instruction management are provided to make a connection to an optical transmission network of another country easy, by taking a management type based on an open system interconnection for managing the optical transmission network. CONSTITUTION: A connected user name storing part(30) stores, outputs and deletes information on a user in response to control signals from a controller(20). A standby instruction storing part(40) stores, outputs and deletes an instruction, inputted by a user for managing an optical transmitter, in response thereto. A storage part(50) for setting interrelations of each user stores, outputs and deletes the information on an optical transmitter agent(10) which is currently managed by each user, in response thereto. A storage part(60) stores, outputs and deletes the executed instructions by each user. The controller(20) operates based on the signals inputted from a user instruction input part(11), requests for an execution of the instruction corresponding to each optical transmitter agent(10), and generates the signals for controlling the parts(30-60). |
