INTELLIGENT INTEGRATION MESSAGING SYSTEM AND TRANSMITTING METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: An intelligent integration messaging system and a method for transmitting the same are provided to confirm the text of the received mail together with a facsimile message or a voice message without additional operation. CONSTITUTION: A facsimile(401) and a telephone(402) transmit a facsimile message or a voice message through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)(100). A private exchanger(230) receives the facsimile message or the voice message. An image processor(210) converts the received facsimile message to a reference image file and converts to a MIME(Multiple-purpose Internet Mail Extension) format for attaching and transmitting the facsimile message in a background picture or an inserted picture type in an HTML text. A sound processor(220) converts the received voice message to a reference sound format and converts to a MIME format for attaching the voice message in a background music or inserted music type in the HTML text and transmitting through SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocols)(300) to a mail server(500).
