METHOD FOR WORKING ON WIRE PRODUCING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A method for working on a wire producing process is provided to stabilize wire quality and the wire producing process by managing a reducing furnace and a melting furnace to be linked with each other. CONSTITUTION: A metallizing ratio of the present reduced iron is measured. The metallizing ratio is compared with the standard metallizing ratio. When the ratio is deviated from a management range, concentration change demand amount of carbon dioxide is calculated by a formula which is delta Cco2 = PCco2 - SCco2 =(PMFe - SMFe)/a. Production adjusting demand amount is calculated by a formula which is delta P = (PCco2 -SCco2)/c. Finally feeding velocity of a reduced iron screw feeder is adjusted by a formula which is R' = R multiplied (P - delta P)/P.
