PURPOSE: A method adopting chatting and electronic mail in sale of goods is proposed for enabling people interested in owners of merchandise or goods to communicate with the owners, using an unique identifier or electronic mail address written on the merchandise or goods. This method is to be positively utilized as a means for individual publicity and to make others recognize correct information about an individual through transmitting of correct image of the individual. CONSTITUTION: A custom-made production giving an unique identifier to a purchaser on sale of goods can be used for a method adopting chatting and electronic mail in sale of goods. A purchaser can buy merchandise with an unique identifier or electronic mail address and determine whether giving merchandise an unique identifier and displaying it on the merchandise or not. After receiving on-line or off-line applications through internet home page or at a shop, electronic mail addresses can be distributed. The internet home page should have a function for chatting.
