PURPOSE: Information providing method during internet sand clock time is proposed to increase effect of an advertisement and to activate the internet advertisement market. CONSTITUTION: Information, such as advertisement information, to be displayed while a sand clock is being shown is transmitted in advance, or the information is sent while data are not being transmitted. Internet users wait in order to do next job during internet site movement or file download. While a sand watch is being displayed on screen, the information is displayed. On the time that the sand clock disappears, the displayed information also disappears, and making a sound defined by users in advance notifies the completion of data transmission.
