PURPOSE: A KIOSK apparatus is provided for fabricating a message of a user and forming a home page including various video information and audio information in a virtual space of an internet web by a simple operation by a user. CONSTITUTION: A KIOSK apparatus includes a user interface(22), a card reader(232), a monitor(24), a controller(25), an encoder(26), an audio/video mixer(27), a CD recorder(28), and a content provider(29). The input unit(20) includes a video information input unit(202), a microphone(212) and a floppy disk drive(214). The video information unit(202) includes a camera(204) and a scanner(206) for inputting a video information by a user. The user interface(22) includes a touch screen(220), a keyboard(222) and a mouse(204). The controller(25) includes a CPU(252), a RAM(254) and a ROM(256).
