PURPOSE: A ramen rice is provided for balanced nutrition of children. Children are tend to avoid eating rice when they are eating ramen with rice because children don't like to chew rice, so malnutrition arising from this becomes unavoidable. CONSTITUTION: A ramen rice is prepared by adding crushed ramen in the just boiled rice, and then steaming boiled rice with ramen for an effective time. After that, seasonings and vegetables are added. The size of crushed ramen is preferably 3-5 times compared with that of rice, and the ratio of rice:ramen:sauce is preferably 50:30:20.
