<p>PURPOSE: An industrial boiler using a dome-shaped high temperature solar collector is provided to obtain a large volume of high temperature heat while using a dome shaped solar collector so as to secure a large solar irradiation area. CONSTITUTION: A boiler comprises a dome-shaped solar collector which is configured in that a dome-shaped base frame is made up of a shaft having a diameter of 1500mm and a plurality of pillars erected at an angle of 45 degree and welded to the shaft, a dome-shaped steel plate having a thickness of 3mm is assembled to the base frame, the steel plate is filled with a heat insulator material for preventing thermal loss, a connection union is installed in a heat carrier inlet and outlet, a copper coil is arranged with density to the thus-formed dome-shaped structure, and a solar collecting plate having a plurality of hemispherical lens and which is shaped as a polyhedron is assembled to the copper coil.</p> |
