PURPOSE: A piezoelectric trans is provided to vary the input side impedance by changing the capacitance by controlling the size of an electrode area. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric trans comprises a piezoelectric member(10) which is formed by stacking a plurality of piezoelectric seats. An inner input electrode(50) having a predetermined pattern shape is printed on the piezoelectric seat. The inner input electrode(50) includes a plurality of electrodes having comb patterns. By adjusting the number of the comb electrodes(51b,52b), the input side impedance of the piezoelectric trans is varied. Common input terminals(31,32) are provided at both sides of the piezoelectric member(10) so as to apply the input power to an electrode connection potion of first and second pattern electrodes(51,52) of the inner input electrode(50).
