PURPOSE: An organic electric luminescent device is provided to improve the life characteristics of the product by restraining the growth of dark-spot. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer(22) is formed at the upper portion of a substrate(21). An organic layer is formed on the upper portion of the first electrode layer(22). A second electrode layer(26) is formed on the upper portion of the organic layer.
