PURPOSE: A telephone set is provided to effectively listen to an audio signal without purchasing a high-priced television set or a record player for users' convenience. CONSTITUTION: A communication signal reproducing unit(111) converts a communication signal transmitted from an office line to an audible sound signal. A communication signal output unit(112) converts a voice signal of a user to a communication signal and transmits it to other subscriber through the office line. A private line communication signal exchanging unit(113) wirelessly exchanges the communication signal inputted through the office line and a portable communication device(120). An audio signal input/output unit(114) converts an audio signal output from a television set or an audio set(140). A private communication signal connector(121) reproduces the radio communication signal output from the private communication signal exchanging unit(113) to an audible signal, converts a voice signal of a different user(man2) to a radio communication signal to enable the user(man2) to communicate with a different subscriber(man3) through the private communication signal exchanging unit(113). An audio signal receiving unit(122) converts the radio audio signal output from the audio signal input/output unit(114) to an audible signal.
