PURPOSE: An internet voice information service system and the method thereof are provided to listen to ARS(Audio Response System) service provided through 700 service lines on the internet using a personal computer. CONSTITUTION: A voice dedicated line and a telephone line are connected to an ARS equipment(S1). 700 service voice is recorded with the selection of a broadcasting corner to provide 700 service information(S2). The recorded 700 service voice file is stored in the ARS equipment(S3). The stored voice file is provided to a telephone or a portable phone through 700 service line(S4). The stored voice file is transferred to a FTP(File Transfer Protocol) server through the FTP(S5). A member ID is confirmed through a WWW service and the database of homepage if the voice file is transferred(S6). A user accessed with the member ID selects a desired 700 service corner(S7). Information for the selected 700 service corner is provided into a voice service through the internet(S8).
