PURPOSE: A temperature compensating apparatus and a method of amplifier output level are provided which precisely controlling an output change according to a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: In a temperature compensating apparatus, a plurality of temperature measuring sensors(100)(110) increases precision of a temperature measurement. A microprocessor(120) measures a current temperature from temperature measuring sensors(100)(110). A temperature compensating memory(130) stores a temperature compensating data and transmits it to microprocessor(120). A digital to analog converter(140) generates an analog signal controlled by microprocessor(120). A control signal generator circuit(150) receives an output of digital to analog converter(140) and generates a signal for controlling an amplifying rate.
