PURPOSE: A multifilament of synthetic fiber for wipe is provided which has excellent friction resistance and swellability by using a twisting process and a sizing process. CONSTITUTION: A multifilament of synthetic fiber for wipe is prepared by the following steps of: spinning a synthetic fiber polymer to elongate it; interlacing the polymer at an atmosphere of 2-5kg/cm¬2 to rewind the polymer at a rewind speed of 4000-6000m/min; sizing the polymer to amount of 50-80% to obtain a synthetic fiber for wipe. The multifilament of synthetic fiber is nylon or polyester multifilament. After sizing treatment, amount of adhered sizing agent is 4-6%. The synthetic fiber polymer is spinned and elongated by using a high speed spinning process or direct spin-drawing process. |
