PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an anode material for a secondary lithium ion battery is provided to manufacture a battery cheaply by eliminating additional breaking process. CONSTITUTION: A starting substance mixing powder is firstly heat-processed. A glass substance made of a lithium composition and bismuth composition is manufactured. The heat-processed substance and the glass substance is added into an inorganic mixture. An organic polymer is coated on the inorganic mixture. The inorganic mixture on which the organic polymer is coated is heat-processed at a high temperature.
