PROCESS FOR PRODUCING NON WAVEN FOR DUSTER

PURPOSE: A process for producing non waven for duster is provided which has excellent contaminant removement and fastness by using a polyester and a polyamide. CONSTITUTION: A non waven for duster is prepared by the following steps of: complex spinning a polyester and polyamide at a ratio of 85:15 - 15:85 to prepare a divisional staple; dipping the staple in the 3-12part of hydrous polyurethane; sqeezing the staple with mangle; dyeing a polyester fiber with dispersing dye; and then dyeing a polyamide fiber with dyestuff to prepare the non waven for duster. The polyester fiber is dyed at 120°C for 30min to reduction cleansing. The polyamide fiber is dyed with trenic dyestuff, and then it is soaped with anionic emulsion.
