PURPOSE: A solid camera device forming method is provided to eliminate the photo process when a third color filter layer is formed and automatically align the filter layer. CONSTITUTION: Photo diode regions which generates an image charge by the irradiated light are formed. A charge transmitting regions which transmits the image charge in one direction is formed between the photo diode regions(22). A first flat layer is formed on the front surface of the photo diode regions(22) and the charge transmitting regions. First and second color filter layers are formed on a first flat layer. A resist layer(27) is coated on the front surface comprising the first and second color filter layers, and is dyed with a third color dyeing liquid. A second flat layer(28) is formed on the front surface comprising first, second, and third color filter layer(25,26,27a). A micro lens is formed on the second flat layer(28).
