PURPOSE: An apparatus for activating tap water is provided, which is characterized in that filters and permanent magnet are installed so that nutritious component can passed through the apparatus and contaminants are filtered. CONSTITUTION: Tap water or underground water is supplied to a preliminary filter(10), which is connected to supplying pipe(S). The preliminary filter(10) is composed of an inside tank and an outside tank(12). Activated carbon layer and ceramic thread cover the surface of the inside tank, which has a lot of holes. Raw water is moved into the space between the two tanks, and passed through the activated carbon layer and ceramic thread. Treated water is affected by infrared rays which is made by ceramic plate(22) and ceramic balls(23), so the water is activated. Treated water is passed through the permanent magnetic(40), then, the water is changed into hexagon water, and iron components are removed.
