PURPOSE: A rope mechanism using the gyro principle is provided to safely move a weight materials upwardly by using a controller. CONSTITUTION: A crane comprises a casing(21), a housing(22), a wheel(23), a switch(27), a controller(30), a battery(31), and a battery charger(32). The casing(21) is fixed to a beam(11). The housing(22) is rotatably mounted in the casing(21), and receives the rotational force of a motor(36). The wheel(23) is rotatably mounted in the housing(22), and receives the rotational force of a motor(35). The switch(27) detects the rotational position of the housing(22). The controller(30) regulates the speeds of the housing(22) and the wheel(23). The battery(31) and the battery charger(32) applies an electric power source to the motors(35,36) and the controller(30).
