PURPOSE: An FRP product is provided which has simplified process of work, reduced use of material, and beautiful appearance such as bus air-conditioner housing CONSTITUTION: A process of FRP product comprises the steps of: 1)manufacturing mold composed the upper part and the under part; spreading gelcoat inner mold; laminating fiberglass mat; spreading a resin; the resin impregnates the fiberglass mat by rolling; 2)manufacturing a fit thickness by impregnating alternate resin and fiberglass; 3)connecting the upper part and the under part being hardening, wherein putting together the corner connected the upper part and the under part having a projecting part being vertical bottom of the under part; combining the hardening mold; separating the hardening mold excluding the projecting part by cutting horizontal.
