PURPOSE: A method of fabricating a cold-rolling steel sheet is provided to improve adhesion as well as to prevent yield strength in vacuum deposition plating. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium steel consists of less than 0.007wt% of carbon, 0.15-0.60wt% of manganese, less than 0.03wt% of silicon, less than 0.015wt% of sulfur, 0.015-0.060wt% of titanium, 0.0007-0.0025wt% of boron, less than 0.0040wt% of nitrogen and the rest such as iron and other impurities. The aluminium steel is heated again to be rolled at a final rolling temperature over Ar3 critical point. After being wound up, the aluminium steel is cold-rolled and continuously annealed at a temperature of 760-830°C for 20-40 seconds.
