SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING MAXIMUM EJECTING AMOUNT AND OVERLOAD OF RECLAIMER

PURPOSE: A control system is provided to prevent overload to a bucket and at the same time to dig materials in maximum production when a reclaimer ejects materials. CONSTITUTION: A target load is set according to the maximum ejecting amount of materials. A feedback controller(11) outputs a control input signal to a motor driving controller(12) in order to control drive of a turning motor and to control turning speed of a boom. A bucket has eight bucket drums. When the bucket ejects materials, a load on the bucket is different according to material weight and a material collecting state. Thereby, the turning motor is adjustable to control ejecting amount load within a target load.
