PURPOSE: A disc driving device having a sound blocking wall is provided not to deliver a noise generated inside the disc driving device to an outside. CONSTITUTION: A disc driving device is equipped a sound blocking wall(2), a tray(10) and a mechanism base(20). The sound blocking wall(2) blocks an airflow generated around a disc(1) according to the rotation of the disc(1) by covering a upside and a side of the disc(1). Thereby a noise generated by the airflow around the disc(1) is not delivered to an outside. The sound blocking wall(2) is formed by a metal or a plastic having a large hardness because an elastic coefficient is larger, a blocking effect of noise is larger. The sound blocking wall(2) supports a clamper(4). The clamper(4) clamps the disc(1) by a clamping force to magnetically stick with a magnet installed in a spindle motor. The sound blocking wall combined in a sidewall of the mechanism base(20) minimizes the delivery of noise generated around the disc(1) to the outside by minimizing a gap between the tray(10) and the mechanism base(20).
