PURPOSE: A circuit for withdrawing electric power of plasma display panel is provided so that utility of time can be improved if addressing pulse is inserted into discharge maintenance pulse when both of two electrodes are in the level of earth by improving margin and by widening range of voltage of maintenance discharge by making discharge timing of two electrodes which cause maintenance discharge not to be identical. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for withdrawing electric power of plasma display panel includes a discharge maintenance driving part which causes a maintenance discharge by alternating a discharging direction in electrodes of two types by applying prescribed voltage between electrodes of two types when driving an unit cell(Cp); an electric power storing part which withdraws invalid electric power of the unit cell(Cp) after maintenance discharge and stores it for next discharge; and an electric power controlling part which makes invalid electric power be stored in the electric power storing part and makes the stored invalid electric power be supplied to the unit cell(Cp) again at specific time of the next discharge.
