PURPOSE: A new business model for trade of used cars is provided to make import and export easily done, by eliminating brokers, after construction of intranet and B-to-B site used only by persons engaging in trade of used cars. CONSTITUTION: A web site for worker engaging in trade of used cars is constructed on a basis of B-to-B model using the technique of 3 tier distribution database through advanced ED(Electronic Data Interchange) providing domestic or world-wide information related to used cars. All persons engaging in trade of used cars can have membership of the web site and all brokers of the trade is excluded. Intranet for providing rapid sharing of information among the members is constructed and communication among the members is executed through cryptographed bulletin board and is to do service for registration of articles for sale and information about sold cars at real time using electronic mail and cellular phone. The function of this bulletin board, as a multi-function bulletin board, is for immediately sending a message to a person who wants it, in case that a car which a member needs is registered. All information related to import and export of used cars can be provided with English version.
