PURPOSE: A power generating apparatus utilizing compressed air is provided to achieve an enhanced power generation while reutilizing the compressed air used for generating power. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus having a compressed air generating unit and a storage tank(11) for storing the generated compressed air, comprises a distributor(20) for alternately supplying power generators(30, 40) with the compressed air stored in the tank(11), power generators(30, 40) for generating a reciprocatingly moving power using the compressed air supplied from the distributor(20), and a return line(60) for returning the compressed air passing through the power generators(30, 40) to the storage tank(11).
