PURPOSE: An information displaying method is provided to display the internet information by using a title bar of an active window without the internet browser. CONSTITUTION: An information displaying method comprises steps of initiating a windows system(S10), executing an information displaying program(S20), accessing to an information providing server(S30), inputting an identification code and a password for browsing the information supplied in the information providing server(S40), receiving an information from the server(S50), displaying the received information on an activated windows title bar(S60), checking if a user selection of an information browsing pattern icon exists(S70), displaying a minute information or connecting to an original site(S80), checking which window is activated(S100), storing the title of the active window in a storage(S110), displaying the received internet information on the title bar(S120), checking if the activation status is changed(S130), recovering the title of the changed active window(S140), and checking if an external event occurs.
