CONSTITUTION: A car owner or a consignor carries out member registration through the internet or a document. If member registration is completed, the car owner or the consignor inputs or corrects physical distribution information, such as empty vehicle information, through the internet or ARS. As soon as the input of empty vehicle information is completed, an intelligent matching engine is automatically executed, searches matched freight information inputted in the data base and provides to the car owner and the consignor through a character message.
