PURPOSE: An integrated charging system of small price purchasing fee and communication fee using a radio recognition chip self-contained portable communication terminal is provided to make an adjustment by summing up service charges of a portable communication terminal with a small price purchasing fee, based on the terminal intrinsic number. CONSTITUTION: A portable phone(10) contains a radio recognition RF chip having an intrinsic number and an antenna coil. An RF chip reader(11) reads the intrinsic number recorded in the RF chip in noncontact method. A terminal number DB(16) stores service usage information by the terminal intrinsic number. An accident terminal DB(17) has accident terminal information for burglary, loss, delay, etc. A web server(15) having the terminal number DB(16) and the accident terminal DB(17) requests member store usage charges to a portable communication service system server(20). |
