PROCESS FOR PRODUCING COMPLEX ACTIVITY CARBON FIBER

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a complex activity carbon fiber which has excellent adsorption ratio and specific area. CONSTITUTION: A complex activity carbon fiber is prepared by the following steps of: dispersing a no more than 50part by weight of modernite in the 100part by weight of isotropic pitch to spin a fiber at temperature of 5-50°C higher than temperature of pitch; heat stablizing at temperature of 200-350°C at atmosphere to carbonizing it at temperature of 600-800°C for 20min-2hr; and then activating it at temperature of 700-850°C for 20min-10hr to prepare the complex activity carbon fiber. The spinning is performed to melt spinning method or melt blowing method.
