ALLOY BRAZIER FOR PRODUCING PLATED STEEL SHEET CONTAINING MULTI-WAVELENGTH TEMPERATURE MEASURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An alloy brazier for a plated steel sheet is provided to measure the temperature of the plated steel sheet widthwise precisely and continuously by installing a multi-wavelength thermometer at the crack outlet of the alloy brazier. CONSTITUTION: A change in a sheet width is recognized by an instrumentation controlling system(50) and an interface for measuring the temperature of a plated steel sheet(1) to widthwise. Then, a controlling computer(40) receives the information about sheet width from the instrumentation controlling system in an electric signal of 4-20mA for measuring the temperatures of three points to the widthwise of the plated steel sheet. The three points on the sheet width direction are decided for being transferred to a controlling panel unit(30). The controlling panel unit obtains a temperature signal of a desired area by using synchronous signal of values in a thermometer sensor unit(20). The temperature values of the three points are transferred to the controlling computer for the controlling computer to calculate the temperature signals. The calculated values are transferred to the command system in the controlling panel unit while being transferred to the instrumentation controlling system in an electric signal. Thus, the temperature values are used for a reference temperature of an alloy brazier controlling sequence in the instrumentation controlling system.
