PURPOSE: An electrical power device in which a charging section are integrally formed with an inverter section is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the product by reducing the parts of a circuit. CONSTITUTION: A DC filter capacitor(C1) is connected in parallel to a charging battery(BT) to form a battery(3). A charging and inverter section(11) is connected to the battery(3). The charging and inverter section(11) is connected to an electrical appliance. An electrical power source is connected to the electrical appliance through thyristor switches(S1,S2)
