PURPOSE: A method for processing signals of leakage magnetic flux is provided to effectively detect defectiveness of a thin plate by digitally processing signals regarding the leakage magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION: In a method for processing signals regarding a leakage magnetic flux, a magnetic filed is applied to a thin plate(10) to saturate the thin plate(10), thereby generating a leakage magnetic flux(90). Then, signals on the leakage magnetic flux is analyzed using a plurality of magnetic sensors(20) fixed on an outer side of the thin plate(10). At this point, a defective signal of a leakage magnetic flux having a peak distance longer than a peak distance between a standard peak is ignored.
