PURPOSE: An apparatus for uniform distribution of Fe powder in a semi-steel pad is provided to reduce the noise of brake by uniformly distribute Fe powder, the main component of a brake pad, and improve the performance of the brake pad in the abrasion of the pad and the fade of the brake. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for uniform distribution of Fe powder in a semi-steel pad includes a mixer for mixing Fe powder as a main component of a brake pad, Kevlar, copper fibers, graphite, abrasives and fillers as an accessory ingredient and a phenol resin powder solution, and an electromagnetic force generating element formed with a stirrer(12) in the center of the mixer and heaters(14) at a lower part, wherein the electromagnetic force generating element is formed with coil(33) surrounded at an outside of the mixer and the mixer is formed in the same shape of the brake pad.
